These general conditions have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via the internet via the impasta.com website owned by Milano Design 1933 srl – Società Benefit

Purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Art.1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address www.impasta.com where, in fact, the customer will be able to conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions and the procedures envisaged.
1.3 These general conditions of sale must be examined "online" by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies total knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
Art. 2: SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
2.1 All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.impasta.com include VAT and all other taxes. 2.2 The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is borne by the customer. 2.3 The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the "online" registration. 2.4 The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment methods indicated "online" at the time of purchase.
Art. 3: SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
3.1 Milano Design 1933 srl, owner of the website www.impasta.com, will deliver the selected and ordered products to customers at the indicated address, using the methods set out in the previous article, via courier.
Art. 4: RESPONSIBILITY
4.1 Milano Design 1933 srl assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframe.
Art. 5: GUARANTEES AND ASSISTANCE METHODS
5.1 Milano Design 1933 srl – Società Benefit, owner of the website www.impasta.com, sells high-quality products. The manufacturers of these goods offer a warranty, the minimum duration of which depends on the type of product purchased. The warranty begins on the day of purchase.
Art. 6: OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
6.1 The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications
6.2 The Customer indemnifies Merabel Srl from any liability deriving from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer himself being solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Art. 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of the Legislative Decree. 22 May 1999, n. 185 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
7.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Merabel Srl
7.4. Advance communication via e-mail to info@impasta.com
7.5. Using a courier of your choice, arrange for the product to be shipped carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
7.6. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Merabel Srl reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered by deducting it from the sums to be refunded.

Milano Design 1933 srl will refund the cost of the goods shipped (excluding initial shipping costs) via bank transfer within 30 working days of shipping the goods, and in any case not before receiving the goods.
