100% natural fragrances, created using precious and rare essences, combined to give life to original products that chefs use in the kitchen, mixologists experiment with in cocktails, interior designers use in luxury hotels and resorts to enrich the experience of places and that brands develop to identify products and give physical form to their values.

EMOTIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND OLFACTORY DESIGN

Container and content, architecture and design, planning and enjoyment: the fragrance experience is divided into two parts, which interact with each other to create the olfactory experience.

From the design of the environment we then move on to the creation of the actual fragrance, the object of olfactory design which the consumer benefits directly.

DISTILLATION PROCESS

Respecting the naturalness of the product, each spice, flower, and aromatic plant is treated according to the techniques of the great alchemists. The production process involves steam distillation and is based on the property of essential oils to be easily vaporizable.

Subsequently, water vapor is used to make the cell walls of the leaves more easily transported by the vapor. The vapor is condensed in an essential oil coil, and the oil is then mechanically separated from the water, obtaining a 100% pure essential oil.

The fragrances are therefore edible because they are completely natural and, above all, they act as olfactory stimulants but do not impact the taste of the foods on which they are vaporized.

THE APPLICATION LINES

FOOD

Pure essences as ingredients to add to dishes and desserts; fragrances as flavor enhancers, to be sprayed before serving to enhance particular ingredients and guide diners in discovering the dish; and oily solutions to be added as ingredients during preparation.

MIXOLOGY

Today, bartenders are increasingly acquiring greater expertise and refined skills in designing a mixology offering that goes beyond simply assembling existing ingredients and spirits, but rather defines a taste and aroma experience through the construction of a unique identity. Customized designs and bespoke fragrance lines are used by many mixology professionals, who find Antonella Bondi's fragrances an additional, yet crucial, element in the construction of cocktails.

HOTELS & RESORT

Antonella Bondi's experience in the hotel industry allows her to fully exploit the potential offered by fragrances. Smell plays a fundamental role in the experience of luxury: odors and scents distinguish exceptional places. From the diffusion of fragrances throughout the rooms to the scenting of in-room amenities, they offer guests increasingly refined experiences, where elegance becomes personalized and expressed in the smallest details. This gives rise to "environmental" projects in which the fragrances diffused throughout the rooms reproduce the natural setting surrounding the hotel—or the amenities reserved for guests.

BRANDS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

From coffee companies to automotive, from retail to design and furniture, many brands use olfactory identity to convey their values. In the coffee and wine industries, fragrances are often used as an educational tool: the breakdown of olfactory descriptors can be rendered in a very granular way through fragrances, and the experience of specific product varieties can be guided by an olfactory journey that emphasizes their identifying characteristics.

TEAM BUILDING AND HOSPITALS

The healing power of essential oils is also evident in team building and hospital settings: from business training sessions to the scented wipes donated to the Nemo Clinical Center in Milan, the healing power of fragrances accompanies a wide range of experiences, always following the common thread of a renewed connection with nature and one's inner self.

NEUROMARKETING

Together with Professor Vincenzo Russo, director of the Behavioral and Brain Lab, a neuromarketing research center at IULM University in Milan, Antonella Bondi has developed research to measure the effect olfactory stimuli have on the human brain and how these stimuli influence the perception of food and wine, wellness, and hospitality products. This constantly evolving project, with research addressing the needs of brands and industries seeking to design products and services with a strong impact on consumers by offering them immersive and memorable experiences, is continually evolving.
