Purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Art.1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 The conditions set out in the introduction are an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts will be concluded directly through access by the consumer customer to the website corresponding to the address www.impasta.com where, in fact, the customer will be able to conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the instructions and the procedures envisaged.
1.3 These general conditions of sale must be examined "online" by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies total knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.
Art. 2: SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
2.1 All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.impasta.com include VAT and all other taxes. 2.2 The total cost of shipping to the customer's home is borne by the customer. 2.3 The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the "online" registration. 2.4 The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment methods indicated "online" at the time of purchase.
Art. 3: SALE PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS
3.1 La ditta Milano Design 1933 srl proprietaria del sito www.impasta.com provvederà a recapitare ai clienti, presso l’indirizzo indicato, i prodotti selezionati ed ordinati con le modalità previste dal precedente articolo mediante corriere.
Art. 4: RESPONSIBILITY
4.1 La ditta Milano Design 1933 srl non assume responsabilità per i disservizi imputabili a causa di forza maggiore quali incidenti, esplosioni, incendi, scioperi e/o serrate, terremoti, alluvioni ed altri similari eventi che impedissero, in tutto o in parte, di dare esecuzione nei tempi concordati al contratto.
Art. 5: GUARANTEES AND ASSISTANCE METHODS
5.1 La ditta Milano Design 1933 srl – Società Benefit proprietaria del sito www.impasta.com, commercializza prodotti di elevato livello qualitativo. I soggetti produttori di tali beni offrono una garanzia la cui durata minima dipende dal tipo di prodotto acquistato. La garanzia decorre dal giorno dell’acquisto del bene.
Art. 6: OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
6.1 The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications
6.2 The Customer indemnifies Merabel Srl from any liability deriving from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer himself being solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Art. 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of the Legislative Decree. 22 May 1999, n. 185 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.
7.2 The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Merabel Srl
7.4. Advance communication via e-mail to info@impasta.com
7.5. Using a courier of your choice, arrange for the product to be shipped carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
7.6. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Merabel Srl reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered by deducting it from the sums to be refunded.

Milano Design 1933 srl procederà, tramite bonifico bancario, al rimborso relativo al costo della merce spedita (escluso le prime spese di spedizione) entro i 30 giorni lavorativi successivi alla spedizione della merce da parte sua e comunque non prima della ricezione dei beni.
